Thank you for reaching out. The tooltip is wrong for the effects, this is a small bug but it shouldnt affect the output. In my testing i dont have a problem exporting extracted effects. Also keep in mind that the weapons called "Magic1", "Magic2" and "Magic3" are not considered effects but rather weapons and are not affected by the extract effects toggle.

For that price you only get zombie pack 2. Pack 1 and 2 are not bundled. The only bundle is the larger one where everything is included.

Good questions.

1. Yes it's allowed.

2. Yes you can.

3. No credit is required.

4. You are not allowed to re-distribute the files as game assets, for example on marketplaces like itch and the Unity asset store. You are free to include them in your game and commercial projects.

All my assets share the above rules.

Yes same resolution as the other HD labeled asset's.

Thank you for this info! I will look into this asap.

Absolutely, that's no problem! Good luck with your project:)

I havent heard this issue before, if you could share your computer specs and also if it works better on your other computer that would be great.

They do not. They share similar style so they look good when used together with characters made with the creator, but they are not compatible as in importing them into the creator.

Great suggestions!

Thanks! That's a nice suggestion, haven't had request for a helicopter before. Unfortunately I don't do commissions, but I can add it to the wishlist.

Thanks! Unfortunately it's not possible to add custom animals to the creator.

Unfortunately I don't hand out the 3D models that are used for the characters and no plans on starting selling them. If you feel certain animations are missing let me know and I can see if they can be added to dfuture updates or the character creator.

Thanks man! For unarmed, you should be able to just click the selected weapons icon again and it should "de-select" it, essentially making the character unarmed. Try it and see if it works.

Yeah I know it would have been sick with cloaks. I'm looking into it for future updates. Regarding true 2-handed animations and weapons, its out of scope unfortunately.

Yes you can edit the generated sheets if you like. The only thing you are not allowed to do is re-distribute the generated spritesheets as game assets, even if modified. But you are free to include them in your commercial game projects and similar.

Thanks! Sadly not, its not possible to add custom assets to this creator.

Thank you. For a system like that I dubt this character creator is the right choice, but I've never tried it so cant say for certain.

For a future update I migh be able to extract the outlines aswell, but Im not sure i have to look into it.

No problem, it's how the creator works basically. It might require some trial and error to get the sprite sort order correct but that's about it. Also if you have alot of characters on the screen at the same time it might affect performance if they are all using layered gear.

No problem, Search for something called "Example scene" in the folder structure within unity and double click to open it. Then click the play button.

Thanks!

Capes are hard, but I will look into and see if it's doable

Thanks. Your game looks awesome btw! Really cool mechanics.

Glad you liked it!

Its included in the unity package.

The characters you are refering to are not made using this creator, they are custom made characters and its not possible to recreate them in the creator.

characters are lit straight from above so the shadow lands under them, then a light without shadow caster is coming from the right.

For tiles the camera is set to isometric and it's lit with a sun light coming from the right side. No other lights.

It's the Walk animation you are looking for. Shows up among the exported spritesheets when exporting a new character. There is no unarmed run animation.

Thank you for pointing out the resolution, it was a typo. The tiles are indeed 256x256. Regarding "Tiled", the tiles are not specifically made to work with that tool so I'm not sure if they are compatible.

The "extra legs" you are referring to is actually the shadow. All mounts share the same shadow so on certain lighter background it can look strange. I would suggest exporting the mounts without shadows and adding a programmatically created one or just a oval shape to represent the shadow for mounts.

Thanks! No built in option, but you might be able to lower the brightness to receive that effect.

I'm currently working on a long overdue update so hopefully I will be able to add some animations that has been requested, but I can't give any exact details. The main issue is size of the creator, since the character generation is based on spritesheets, it requires hundreds of sheets for each new animation, at least one for each gear item. But I'm working on it!

The characters you are refering too are not made with the character creator and are older custom characters.

Perhaps if you only export the weapon with glow by hidding everything else, and then combine the sheets programmatically in your game. Unfortunately there is no way of previewing the outline at this time.

Yes many people have asked for this so it's on the list.

Hi, you can not. Almost all other packs are custom made and not used using the character creator.

Hi, Thats specifically for the unity example scene and the example scene is not included in the itch version. The tiles and graphics are the same in both versions.

Hi, currently there are  no plans of adding capes or female version to the creator, but its a good suggestion. Due to time constraints I dont do commissions at this time.

These are all pre-rendered graphics, not hand pixelated.
