Just wanted to give an update that updating the graphics driver worked :)

I downloaded the files and clicked the application. It would look like it’s loading but never opened. I tried the 32 bit as well, and the same thing happened. 

Hi,  I was wondering if there was a fix for this, as it's also crashing for my windows laptop. Below are the specs:

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz

Installed RAM: 12.0 GB

Graphics card: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch: Touch support with 10 touch points
