I am terrible at this game. I liked the character animations. This is a really great for your first jam!

I got to the to be continued branch. It was interesting, making it randomized must have made it very difficult to develop. I did get stuck in the hangovers a quite a bit as you mentioned. The sound scape was quite nice I could hear the sounds panning across speakers, some quiet music might add to the atmosphere. It's an interesting concept and I'm looking forward to see where it goes.

If you need play testers after the Jam is over let me know!

75Hz here, I must just be terrible at games even ones I helped make 馃槀

Those effects when the UFO explodes when it hits the city scape are great, I really enjoyed that. Gave me missile  command vibes which isn't a bad thing! The cooldown on the the fireworks firing made it super challenging for me. I have to admit the first couple of times playing my dummy brain was confused why I wasn't dying every the UFOs  hit the ground so I just kept on trying to hit the one I already hit over and over. I figured it out eventually. The game has potential to be really fun! I of course 50,500 points am now the leader of the free world.

Glad you learned something, that was definitely important to us. UmeNoAme did a fantastic job with all the SFX she made them all with her voice with very minimal pitch shifting. We tried to come up with an MVP pretty early on with a definite scope list. More replay value would be good, I agree with you, perhaps if we continued to move on with the project. Thank you for the kind words!

Thank you! UmeNoAme did a great  job with the SFX they made us laugh during the development process so much. Bonus points if you can name the inspiration for the "I'm already moving" and the other quips came from. Glad you enjoyed it, that means a lot.

Testing it I definitely died quite a bit, not sure what that says about me! The big flowers weren't checkpoints, but I think that would have been a great idea if the level was longer!

Thank you so much! We were trying to balance the difficulty in the level design for a first level. Perhaps you would have enjoyed the sound of the mosquito dying 馃槀

I think I dropped some clothing, probably socks. That pair will be ruined forever. It's an interesting concept I would be curious if you continued to flesh it out where it would go. It could be a fun pattern recognition game/color matching for young kiddos down the line!

Beautiful game. Beautiful effects. I think I ran into a bug where the distance to a vaquita was always 12m. Educational value is great, maybe there is a way to make them easier to read, maybe stop motion and make them bigger and have the player dismiss them? Controllers were a little awkward at first, but I got used to them.  The science was spot on, I would love to see this fleshed out and used in classrooms. You did a wonderful job. Lag wasn't too bad for me in the browser (M4 stock Mac Mini running Brave), but my fan definitely kicked on. SAVE THE VAQUITAS

I had a lot of fun with this one. Loved the graphics and the boing sound. It took me a while to figure out I could just walk on the mushrooms and they would bounce me  up in the air. The pillars are easy to forget, they could probably benefit from being a bit crisper with a harder line. When you are all the way to the left of the screen the card gets in the way. I really liked the variety of the weapons and the enemies. Lots of fun I'm impressed with how much you got done!

Wow, I am not good at logic puzzles. The voice over was hilarious, really loved it. The educational value is great, even if it is hiding a bit! I'm not sure I could get all the way through without my head exploding.

Well that escalated quickly! I had fun. I really liked the ease of game play with just the mouse, but I could see how people might like to use the keyboard. I liked the pixel art you did, especially the nice bald spot. A lot of fun, I could see myself playing this more if you decide to continue on with it!

What a beautiful game, I love the art style. The parallaxing (did I make up a word)  was a really nice touch. I think I will be coming back to play this one again. Those bats come out of nowhere! It would be cool if the bats swooped down, but certainly not knocking or deducting any points for that. I'm still not sure how the stamina works, I'm not sure if there was a lag on it going down or building up, but again the game is beautiful. Really well done.

First, I really enjoyed knocking thins off the counter. For some reason I had trouble pouring the <redacted> not sure if it was a me problem or a mechanic problem. The atmosphere and noir feel of the game was quite nice. I'm not the best at these type of games, so got a little confused and didn't find the end in about an hour or play time. Well done.

Pretty amazing what you got done by yourself! The run key was kind of awkward to get to. Maybe a faster walk speed would be good? Thank you for letting me further realize that I have no idea about world history.

I got stuck between blocks and could no longer move. I think it would make the controls less awkward if the space bar was used for shoot instead of `left + shift`. I think you have a good start, just have to fix the getting stuck between blocks!

The code block system reminds me a lot of MIT scratch, which isn't a bad thing at all. I wish I knew the measure of units the robots would move, someway to debug the code more visually. The robots do move a little slow, but I do enjoy being a guinea pig.

The art is nice, so is the animation. The lobster facts are great. I have read a few comments, but I wasn't really able to progress. Maybe if you continue to develop it you could add some clues after some miss clicks? I enjoyed the vibe!

I've never really played a deck building game before, so take all of this with a grain of salt. I found it hard to get ahead and get stronger cards, or figure out how much cards would sell for. There was something missing, I'm not sure what it was but maybe play by play? Like "So and so does this much damage so and so strikes back". I did keep playing so that says positive things! The facts were hard to find, but I was glad to see the educational value!

I'm impressed you didn't really use a game engine and chose threejs to do this in. I am a sucker for tower defense games so I was intrigued. Without reading the description it was really hard to figure out how to unlock other towers. Maybe a small tutorial in the game? For a one man crew and using the tools you did I think you should be proud of yourself.

While not my kind of humor, I could see people enjoying it. It was really hard, on my machine M4 Mac Mini running Tahoe and Brave browser the lag on the controls made it very difficult to play. I had a tough time exploring because of the control lag. It would be interesting to play again if that could be remedied.

I liked the concept a lot. I think it has a lot of potential! If the HUDs were larger that would help. Also matching up what you mined with which to send back was hard, I just ended up pressing on the arrows until it no longer took any more. Being on the moon some physics to make the weight on the drilling machine less would be cool. I think you have a solid concept, I would be interested to see where it goes if you continue working on it. The music fit the atmosphere of the game really well!

I'm really impressed that you did all this by yourself in the allotted time. The art gave that classic gameboy vibe and the music blended in really well. The controls were a little awkward, I think I would have done better if I had a space bar for one of the actions. I enjoyed how you had the tutorial built in to the game. The sprite work was really nice.
