Game is kind of fun, the sound design is satisfying, but I won every level just by clicking on one of the Gold Influencers, and that was always the solution. I didn't have to put any thought into any of the puzzles other than "press one of the other two Influencers", because that was always the solution.

I wouldn't say "inspired by" Gambler's Table as much as "fully ripped off of".

A casual viewer would be hard-pressed to tell the difference between the two games. Little pixel art guys wandering around a table area, same UI layout, I don't really see how this game is any different other than the flavor text of "instead of flipping coins, you're flipping people".

Neat little area! Gives me similar vibes to Metal Garden or BLAME! , controls were a little surprising, but it didn't really interfere with the experience too much.

Wow! This update really fixed all the issues I had with the previous version, thank you! The pencil sharpening feels much smoother/quicker, and because of it, I felt myself engaging with the various mechanics much more. I'm at the point now where I'm torn between upgrading Mercer to collect faster, to make my pencils worth more, whether to automate more, it feels like the game is more "in harmony" with itself now.

One thing is that when I bought the "Yellow #2 Souper Sweeper" they seem to pick up "Pine Pencil Shavings" first and "Yellow #2" second.

Another is that after I upgraded the playground to have a second kid dropping pencils, they appeared on the far side of the playground, and didn't leave that area. This sort of 'softlocked' me where the far kid would drop TONS of pencils and that seemed to make the nearer kid's pencils decompose MUCH faster, so I couldn't really get pencils to make money to upgrade Mercer so he could go get the trove of pencils much further away. I fixed it by forcing Mercer to return until he went towards the nearby pencils, and even spawning in more kids they all appeared on the far side of the playground, so it was a bit frustrating to have happen.

Also I think the Pine Pencil Conveyor Belt is broken, my game shows a can at the very top of it, and it makes a moving animation, but no money is added and the can never moves.

Other than that the game is MUCH better and I even saw the demo all the way to the end, good work! It's much more engaging and fun with this update!

No problem, will eagerly await updates! :D

In my opinion it's kind of everything. You churn the pencil very slowly and sometimes it stops, only to start again for (seemingly) no reason, which feels pretty bad to play, you make only 5 cents per can of shaving soup, and the earliest item you can buy is the Blue Pencil which, from what I understand, can't even be used until you get 25$ for the Blue Pencil Machine, which also feels pretty bad.

Unrelated, but also a small complaint is the buttons for things seem to be laid out kind of randomly. The "start collecting" button should be closer to Mercer/the character since they're related, and it's not on the same "tier"/importance as Opening the Shop (I think the Upgrades button should be in its place, since it's pretty hidden but just as important), and I keep forgetting the "Refill Souper" button is the very tiny one far below the Souper itself. It should be much closer to the Souper itself, maybe above or below it.

All that said though, I think it's a fun and intriguing idea for an incremental game, and I can see the pencil-sharpening part being more fun later in the game when it's not as arduous.

Fun game! Didn't really mind playing on keyboard at all

Just finished 109, no 50/50s required!

Love this! Come back to it every so often when I need a break from work, and do a puzzle or two!

Utterly obsessed with this game! I love the different systems that mesh together, sometimes when I'm working I just leave it on the fishing screen for the nice background ambience

Cute game! Really love the idea, the art, and the music!

Works really well for a first game, congratulations!

Really fun game! Think combat power in the demo maxes out at 11,379 , or at least that was the highest I was able to get.

Ended up Killing Wolves, Killing Goblins, Aiding Fairy, and Siding with Dragons, maybe combinations of the other options would get me further, but Killing the Fairy never netted me nearly enough Power to continue, and siding with Dwarves just didn't get me as high.

Good game though, excited to see this continue development, and the "automation" really helped it become an "idle" game once I'd reached a high-option-density. Once I figured out what was best for my path, I could let that run and then just wait until I got to the newer options.

Fun game, but some of the text on the "Relics" screen was blurry for some reason

Pretty fun game! Ended up playing until I got 7:11 !
I enjoyed the upgrade system, and the vast amount of different weapons so you could focus on the things you liked! Thank you!

Definitely missing an icon but if you click in the bottom left corner, that should let you back out.

Super fun and super fast! I could absolutely see myself becoming addicted to this if it were a mobile game. The rush I felt turn1 busting the Disembodied Sword with a perfect 13 +2 dmg was awesome!

Really fun game! Love the "hover" nature, and the cute lil animation of shrimp flying around!

This was a fun one! I liked the interactivity of the main loop, and I liked that I never felt like I had to wait too long for the next upgrade. A suggestion might be make the casino more apparent? The first time I unlocked it, I didn't have any tokens so I basically ignored it until the very end, when I suddenly saw I had tokens to spend. Maybe have a popup when the player gains tokens?

Otherwise an extremely fun demo and I'll definitely be wishlisting this on steam and recommending it to friends!

Lots of fun! I felt like the music/dancing people were good incentives to continue on, some idle/incremental games don't feel great other than "number go up" so this one was super fun!

I think I agree with you here. Great visuals so far, love the camera movements as well, it sets the VN apart, but the dialogue is.... something.

Originally I thought his grandparents calling him "MC" was placeholder text, but when I realized it was his initials, it makes the entire conversation...weird.

At one point Maru says "In the media I've consumed..." and that is just the most unnatural way to put it. His inner world should illuminate his personality to the audience, and the way he speaks in his own head is like a robot or an alien.

I won't say anything about the visuals/VAing as its still in progress, but definitely they need to focus up more on the writing.
