Thanks for the feedback! The idea for the monitor (ended up being out of scope for the time I had) was to have an actual simulated league table and you'd be able to see how the season is going, and yes, the ManU at first is a little ridiculous hahaha. I'm glad you feel that it's a good concept, my plan is to expand it and finish my vision for the game, which includes signings, tactics, and a much impoved match system. Thanks again for playing!

Hello, thank you! The initial phone call is supposed to be the instructions in a way. There are unfortunately some important bugs that I didn't have time to iron out, but the idea is to play matches on the match board, while making decisions based on your player card, using action cards to decide on your players' actions, to try and win as many games as possible.

I understand it can be a little difficult to follow the action, I was a little too ambitious with how in-depth I wanted the match engine to be and it made it so I had to make some simplifications for this jam that weren't what I had hoped. My apologies lol, the deadline creeped up on me while programming the match simulation engine and I had to close the game loop faster than expected, so there are some issues like that, I should have made it so you can't start a match until you've listened to the phone call. I'll be updating it more and will include graphics options, so hope you'll give it a try then!
