This is the funniest masterpiece I've ever played. 6/5

I dunno, theres some platforms that I can just barely not jump high enough to jump on, could be a bug with the web version or maybe I missed a feature, either way I'll take another look soon

fortunately, I had the power of dawn and dusk to protect any hp I had lost from that battle

Everything about this project is great save for a bug that made my UI fly off the bottom of the screen never to return lol.

but good job with the art, sound design, and all the mechanics were very interesting. all in all a very polished project for the time given, save for the aforementioned bug.

Edit: It does return, you just have to wait for the turn to finish (which means I'm down a ton of health and a couple debuffs)

Edit 2: I won, its a great game!

I love the concept, and the puzzles are very interesting. with some more polish and puzzles this could be a full game. you certainly nailed the art.

I don't quite see the connection to the theme but it was fun.

Very hectic, but quite fun at the same time.

I loved the puzzles, art, and sound design. the mechanics that your team introduced are very interesting and I'm sure could make it to a full game with a few tweaks and a lot more puzzles.

One small thing: perhaps consider making it so the players walk animation happens a little quicker, I gave up on the "take your time" puzzle because the trek back to the purple movement block takes forever.

commentary: 5/5

game creativity: 5/5

too many buttons: 4/5

fits theme: 5/4

funny: yes/5

Ice block is so good. I just blew through all 3 of the bosses with it lol.

I love the concept for this game, and I'm sure you could turn it into a full release with a little more content and balancing, but this game has great visuals, animations, and sound design. everything flows together really good as well.

Great soundtrack, art, and gameplay mechanics and I love the puzzles and platforming.

I find it funny that both our projects have (about) the same name, same main mechanics (using the corpses of past lives to solve puzzles), and the same button mapping (Q) to pillar up with your dead bodies.

The artwork and sound design were great, but I think the mechanics could have gone a lot further. I think I only had to use the blow up ability 3x over the course of the game.

The exploration was quite fun, but do consider making the spikes take out a lot more of the player's fuse, as I found myself using the spikes as a slightly more convenient route in some situations

The mechanics, graphics, and sound design are amazing and quite fleshed out for the jam only being four days long. the game is very complicated but the tutorial introduced everything very well. nice work!

Thank you for all the feedback!

there is a flavor text that has the chance of showing up that says that "the cat joke was killed by a lack of free rigged cat models" lmao. I so wish I could have made it a cat.

Admittedly the web build of the game came with really bad shadows (I guess that's what I get when I select runtime speed as the focus while building it)

I'm atrociously bad at the controls, but this game's a fun take on the theme with some great audio.

Got me hooked. I love the art style.

I'm usually pretty bad at rhythm games and that certainly carries over to my skills at this game, but at least this game's funny and creative.

The art and sound design are great, You've got your VFX looking all polished at full release quality, you've got the main mechanic all fleshed out and interesting, however, I'm pretty sure lv 3 is impossible

Clever play on words for the name, and the game was quite creative. I love the art.

Love the creativity, art, and sound design and the puzzles were quite good.

Though one critique: I got stuck on the campfire puzzle, perhaps consider adding a sign telling the player how it works?

Thank you for the feedback!

You're not at all bad at the game considering that I had to tell some of my playtesters there was the glass wall on that level XD. Admittedly as you may have guessed that last level I had plans to put later on in the game but I ran out of time to make more intro/tutorial levels and more puzzle focused levels.

Quite fun, the artwork and sound design are also pretty good.

Small critique: The 3 star ratings on each level are pretty hard to get considering a fair bit of luck is required to get all the fruits in close proximity

Nice job with everything, a really creative take on the theme. the art and music work well together, and it's all in all a fun platformer.

Spoilers for anyone who doesn't want to see the ending:

I got the yarn ball ending with a time 7:59.11

I find it funny that both our games focus on cat's nine lives (I couldn't find any free rigged cat models tho, so for now my protagonist is an alien) and using past lives corpses as platforming equipment.

Kinda crazy I haven't seen a puzzle game like this before, good job with the creativity of it all. The art and music complement each other and are very soothing, perfect for the game. It looks good and polished even though there was only 4 days for you to make it. The puzzles are a bit on the easy side, but maybe that's just because you introduced all the mechanics so well!

I would have added a place to change keybinds, but I ran out of time to do so during the jam XD, added alternate keybinds last second with ZXC and its uses. Thank you for the feedback!

Edit: It is a lot easier to control on the downloadable desktop version, so If your going for S- or T- rank, I'd recommend getting it. (admittedly the best I can get on the web build is A-rank XD.

I got dealt an impossible round, but I see the vision. with a little more time and polish I'm sure this could be great.

and the audio's great as well.

Insanely good animation and VFX for the time given, and the controls feel super good & fluid as well. Good job

one tiny critique: perhaps consider enlarging the viewport or making it so that the moving parts are easier to detect in advance of getting to them, I died a few times to the cycle not lining up when I get to the moving spears

I like the celeste dashing, and the artwork is great. though I feel like the controls could have a better layout so that I can dash properly (or add another layout)

some more instructions would be nice, but other than that, this game's difficulty & mechanics were very fun.

Thank you for your feedback! I know about the lack of animations and un-beginner friendly nature are a problem, as well as the lack of visual and auditory cues, but I simply ran out of time. I will continue development after the jam and will be fixing those issues.

You draw up to three cards at the beginning of your turn, but I need to say that in-game. Thanks for pointing that out.

As for the bot, it was one of the last features I added, and ended up being pretty buggy, sometimes trying to move a pile that it can't move indefinitely.

Fun game. It is very hard, but I like a good challenge. It may be a little buggy now, but I'm sure you'll fix it at some point. Good job! :D

This is a super fun game! really creative, good job! I got to the finale.

one thing, the upgrades, though you can buy them at any point, always seem to end up at the same numbers because some enemies require certain upgrades to be beaten.

Simple. funny. perfect. A little buggy though, I managed to both catch and not catch a rock at the same time

it was quite a fun game and a funny take on the theme. good job! :D

I think that this game was a great take on the "loop" theme. really creative, really fun. :D

I like it! it is quite cute and fun.

Great game, I like the puzzle and planning aspect that most alchemy games lack. Good job with the art as well, it looks very good.

This game's funny, well coded, and has great animations. Good job! :D

Well coded, good art and BGM, it was a good challenge and quite fun!

It was a great game, I loved the progression and upgrades! However, a rogue bug turned my game window into a blank gray screen.
