I wanted to restart just to play through again and made a new save but all the quests say they are in development so how to I delete all my game data or just fix it 

If you're talking about what you'll always see her in around the house then I would hope so cause I think it would be a cool thing to add to be able to pick what she has on but we can only wish it will happen
