For completing the tasks,you do need to use shop's items(press E) and divert him or pause him.

For the third point,that was what I was trying to accomplish,for eg,for the logs,he goes near the tree grove in center.I think I made the vision cone too aggressive though and I'll try to work on map design.Maybe I'll add some timer kinda bar? to show next investigation and make it lenient.Thank you so much for your review!

I am sorry if the tutorial is confusing.A left click should place a cake (redirect) or stun(pause/freeze the darklord) as long as you have the required coins.E for shop,O for to do list.

Pressing enter should work..Are you stuck on rhe hand drawn slide?

Hello,I am new to gaming as well as game dev.(All I know is subway surfers lol).But,I am interested in creative aspects-storytelling,design,worldbuilding etc.As a Computer Science fresher,I wanted to combine that and try something new,which turned out to be game dev.

(All I saw was a shit ton of yt  video recomendations and I got hooked)

For the theme little guy,my first instinct was an overlooked,guy working behind the scenes,taking care of little tasks.I was originally gonna build a villian's little pr team,taking care of the little tasks behind the scenes for their incompetent overlord.Anyways one thing to another,I scraped some parts and then got busy with school and vacations.But,I didn't want to abandon the jam and still try to make up something in the last couple of days.

I checked out Sunset's Resort.Cute art,though just a suggestion,it can be hard to read the numbers sometimes and it can get a bit dull typing such a long number and reading details.Maybe if database auto pops up?and it's more visual?
