i wanted to know what this was so i went on r/pchelp and one person told me it was 0.9 (thread here) and i can confirm this because another comment told me to check the folder creation date and see what program was installed that day. i know its votv 0.9 because its the same date i installed 7zip because of a bug needing 7zip to extract it. there is no issue here but i was just curious about it, as well as asking if i can delete it safely or if it will break stuff in game.
