Simple ansver: Time 

I planned to do much more, but I have very limited time per day. I actually finished jam version at 4am, because I wouldn't have time at day.

But great that you liked the game. I actually am currently doing everything I didn't have time to do. So if you are interested, come check in updates after jam is over :)
