Extract the file and run the file:

Hold the .rar file with Mouse2, move it somewhere else in the same folder or another one, let go of Mouse2.

Look for the 'Extract here' option and click it with Mouse1.

Wait until it finishes extracting, then open the new folder and look for an executable file.

Double click said file with Mouse1.

Boom, porn.
