I'm very sorry but it does not have that feature

Glad to hear it! Have fun!

Hello there, Eren. I'm glad you like my work. I did do a live stream course some time ago that's up on youtube but it's unedited and lengthy so I wouldn't recommend it as the best choice. I've wanted to do a proper series for some time but I haven't been able to put time in towards that. Here's the youtube videos if you wanted to skim through it ->  Workshop Playlist

As for general advice, I always recommend making what makes you happy. A lot of people get stuck in tutorials like making a donut and then get bored and quit. This will mean failing a few times before getting things right but you'll get an understanding of what you need to learn faster. Further, doing this lets you use new skills in a practical context.

Sorry I missed your message. You'll want to leave workspace.mel where it was. The folder that contains that mel file should be set to be your project folder. To stop the hair flickering, turn on backface culling. The popup can be ignored. It has no effect on the rig. If you want it to stop showing, use the clean up file tool with everything turned off except "remove unknown nodes"

Thanks! To you as well

Thanks! Maybe some day but I still need to learn how to rig in Blender

Thanks for the high praise! I do have a few more ideas for playdate games I'd like to make in the future haha

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it

Hey there! The blender version of the rig was done by Tony and I didn't feel right redistributing it. You can find the download in the youtube video description

I appreciate the sentiment! Maybe one day I will but I like the simplicity of it being free and accessible

If we were to make this a full game, yes, 100%

That's great to hear! I hope you enjoy the game if you find time for it

I'm sorry you're having trouble. I haven't tried uploading it from a phone. I've only done it from a computer. It should work. This is the first time I've had someone tell me it doesn't.

The ,pdx is one folder deep. You have to unzip it first. Sorry for the confusion

The .pdx folder is in the zip folder

There's a cog shaped control on the feet. That setting should be on those

I get this question a lot haha. You have to set the Maya project before opening the file so Maya knows where the textures are. I updated the page description to explain better

I hope you enjoy it!

haha thank you. It's definitely not a complete game being done for a jam. I'm glad you like what's there and see the potential! We do have a post jam version coming. It's not going as far as all that but it'll be a little more fleshed out! I appreciate the input and suggestions

Great suggestions! I'll have to check out the reference

She can. You might need to enable the face controls using the cog shape over her head.

Thanks! IF it were a full game, what kind of features would you be interested in seeing?

Thanks!

Thanks!

Thanks for playing. I'm glad you enjoyed it despite it not being your usual type of game.

I also had to play on easy haha

Glad you like how it looks! It is a difficult game

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it

It's the year 2000

Hey, sorry to hear that. I haven't had that bug reported since launch and should be fixed. How much storage space is left on your device? What build of the game are you running? Do you have a screenshot of the crash screen?

I hear they've made exceptions but that's generally not the case and doesn't seem to be an exception they wanted to make for this game.

Unfortunately it's ineligible for catalogue since it's free.

Thanks! I didn't realize the unwrap showed for sideloaded games haha. I'll look into that!

Thanks for the kind words! Very happy to hear you're enjoying the game! Yeah it can definitely be tricky in some areas. I'm sure you can get through eventually though :D. You can also get up to 8 hearts from exploring which makes things easier too!

Thanks again for pointing this out. The fix has been addressed!

Something on my radar for sure! Not sure if I want to add it yet but it would be cool to add

The pocket watch is the end of that quest line. The side content is an "interpret as you will" kind of thing. The old man has a handful of interaction (I think 4 or 5). Each time you talk to him he shows up somewhere else. There's some extra dialogue with Elend at the end if you have a specific item and 2 extra upgrades. Lastly there's a max of 8 hearts you can gather.

Thanks for the report! I think that has to do with the device OS though. My battery drains no matter what I run on the device

Thanks! Had found another spike room that thought could have been it but it wasn't that one. I'll get that updated in the next patch!

I'm creating this page for people to comment on any bugs they may find. Thought it'd be nice to have a nice localized place for it!
