We’re currently running a public Open Beta for Soul Elysium, a fast-paced online action RPG inspired by classic supernatural battle shōnen.
Soul Elysium has more than 20 years of history, and our longtime community has always been especially passionate about the game’s PvP. Now that we’re actively expanding the game and opening it to a wider audience, we’re looking for something incredibly valuable:
fresh eyes.
We’re especially interested in feedback from people who have never played Soul Elysium before.
If you give the game a try, we’d love to know:
Was it obvious what you were supposed to do when you first logged in?
Did the controls and combat make sense?
Did combat feel responsive?
Was character progression easy to understand?
Did the PvE give you a reason to keep playing?
Was anything confusing or frustrating enough that it made you want to stop?
Did you understand what your class and abilities were supposed to do?
Would you come back for another session? Why or why not?
We’re not looking for people to tell us everything is great.
If something feels outdated, confusing, awkward, boring, or outright bad, we want to know.
Testing is currently accelerated
Because the server is still in a testing phase, admins are currently helping players access more of the game by giving out things like:
The idea is to let players spend more time testing classes, combat, PvE, PvP, and higher-level systems instead of spending the entire test grinding to reach them.
Soul Elysium is free to play, and this is probably one of the best times to jump in if you want to experiment with everything.
