The amount of work put into every scene really shows. The animations, layouts, the sheer number of different sprite expressions for everyone, and many other details. It stands out, and it makes me smile to see another renpy dev taking advantage of everything you can do with the engine. It really elevates the game and I can't wait for part 2!! 💚

Also, I have a list of typos if that would be helpful? I figured the minor ones were just stylistic, but I think these ones were unintentional. I write without autocorrect too, so I always have a few myself.

I was also wondering if the nightmare scene was meant to have the menu displaying minor, moderate, and severe? Could just be a nightmare being nightmarey, but the way Cinnamon spoke about being an assailant, after she woke up, led me to beleive that it was a test menu, or that I missed a scene. I played the Steam version if that's any help to know.

It sounds obvious, but I asked since it's not listed in your tags or desc, and it wouldn't be the first time I've run across something like that. no reason to be rude.

I had to remove it; it became too outdated with all the new updates and changes I've made. I'll likely make and release a new one, once the full first game is done around the end of this year / first quarter next year. If demand is high, I can do it after the release of the next major update coming very soon.

It's going to be really gorey, and there will not be a censor for the gore. Both D2 and D4 will have gore / dismenmberment / beheading,  and similar content within them. There will however be a censor toggle for the adult content, which will require a patch.

the most recent released version is 1.1.9, which has a good amount of bug fixes. when d2 is out, it will also come with significantly more fixes for d1 and d0.

probably late this year or early next year, a while after the full first game is done and released here on itch, and probably a bit into work on the second game's first disc. getting a game on steam takes a long time; i'm still trying to get id&i on steam. it'll also be after we get the artbook together. the full first game will be on itch a lot earlier this year i expect

I loved the talks the two characters had, the slower pace and depiction of the building, the bonus art rewards, and the music, which was ethereal. It felt somewhat familiar in theme to the stuff I write! good work girlie 🩷

(btw i will be adding the id&i websites to adna with the release of d2, compensating for the time gap between the two games)

also heads up for streaming- id&i has some rather intense nudity and gore in it! im not sure how that works with youtube but I figured it was worth saying aha. i'm very proud of it, and learned a lot of fancy tricks to make it, so I hope you enjoy it as well!

D0 has 1 end, D1 has 5 endings, D2 has 5 endings, and the end of the first game has 1 ending with small variations.  

however, the end of the whole series itself will include a few routes- one true ending, one dark ending, and one secret ending that's an offshoot from the true ending. if you want to pursue the darker ending, I can share how over discord, but it'll be a while till we get there.

this made me feel sick. the full circle use of the knot we see at start as a metaphor at the end, and nameswapping text was clever. you did a solid job evoking the emotions you were going for; something at the opposite end of what I usually create, which is cool to see fleshed out. i also appreciated how the ending looped back to the start / menu seamlessly. haven't really seem one that smooth since throughout the story you're pavloved into assuming the ripples lead to another scene.

the main girl drove me absolutely insane; the whole game was like watching a car wreck i couldn't look away from. i really liked the ending and how hard you leaned into her almost comedic villainy; it really tied the whole game together.

im totally delusional saying this but i think they can make it work ahaha
