I think it is how GDevelop manages the variables this happened to my first game jam game when you pressed to mute the global volume and it would do the action two times, then I saw that if I put the wait 0.1 seconds, it solves the problem! It's probally the same in here too! When I played my game I didn't saw this bug and that's why I didn't put the wait 0.1 because this only happens rare for GDevelop to do this!
After the jam ends I will probally put a fixed version where the wait 0.01 seconds is in the button's code

Cool game! Tbh Idk why but when I downloaded it Windows took it like a threat!
If you can make the next game to be playable in browser it will surelly have more reviews, I saw that you put it like a ZIP too, now tbh idk how to make a game to turn to a browser one because I used GDevelop and it turns automatically for you to be played in browser and you just need to upload it. I will like to see future games from you!

To be honest I don't know how that bug happened but I will look in the code and see if I can fix it.

Unique game! I really like  that you need to open/ close doors, put lights on and off and finish tasks while trying to not get caught by that connection monster and a robot or smth that is like a mimic that looks like me!

I finished the whole story mode in only 7 minutes and I played slow not speedrun! Check the upgrades they will make your life easier when gathering the money!

Well that is intentional done in the STORY MODE to make the game easier for no one to block at that section and enjoy the rest of the game, pls check the arcade mode and you will see that trash will spawn at the top too, and you will see some dead fish too.
In the story mode the fish is meant to die to show the pollution.
The fisherman HAS a target probally you miss it but it says that you need to gather 9000$, the upgrades will help you gather this very fast!
You can check it again and try arcade mode you will see there the game is harder and more chalenging.

I will highly sugest you to try arcade mode, some people enjoy that section more than story mode! 

Well try arcade mode you will see that in the fish perspective you will see more fish (dead ones), I didn't put any fish in the fish perspective in story mode to show that he doesn't find any food.
The trash will take some of your money probally you didn't observe it, try it again if this happens again than I will go check again the code cause the trash will take you money and if you miss in the minigame you lose some money too, depending on which fish you lost.
I thought to not make the game harder to keep it simple and easy so the story mode can be enjoyed by everyone if you want a harder version try arcade mode, you will see that there the game will be more fun and chalenging!!!

I like the game!!!
Would have loved a jump mechanic!
I had a bug:
In my first playthrough I put all the objects but the orders weren't taken and the timer went out and I tried again! In my second playthrough the first order was accepted from the second order I needed to put the objects back again and on the third order the objects were falling from the box and they weren't entering in the box! Somehow  I found a solution and I finished the game!

These things really didn't bother me, I still enjoyed your game!!!
I loved that the monkey is the one from Blender!
Overall a good game or better say a very good game, especially cause it's your first game-jam game! I really hope that you had fun being in this jam and I hope that I was able to give you the same good feeling while you played my game! Hope to see you in more jams and of course on podiums!

This game just reminded me of a game that I love it!

Idk but for a reason I can see the enemies to be like sent by Morello and that I make again one of Salieri's jobs!!!
OR
The people are sent by Salieri to kill me (like the last part of the game)

This game reminded of Mafia and I just started to replay it and again to enjoy it!!!
I LOVE THIS GAME FOR REMINDING ME OF MAFIA!!!

I don't want you to think that just cause it reminded me of Mafia I say I love it cause there are others thinks too!
I like the design it fits the game perfectlly and those notes in the music it makes you really feel the sadness!!!
I also liked that you have more weapons and that with the shotgun you can't have it forever! I like the balancing, while tbh I like the gun than the knife or the bat, cause yk you can just shoot and no more go near the enemy!
The game feels really polished and the controls don't feel sloppy at all, when you pressed a control the control does what it should do, which this is a big plus!!!

I like the small details the cat's face follows the mouse, the sound when you jumb/ fall on the ground!

I like that you can see even progress from no light, to a flashlight, to a torch!!!

Could you pls try my game too? (While in my game the progress is the fact that you experience 2 perspectives, I think you will like, even if it isn't a platformer and it doesn't have a sanity bar, I think you will like it!)

For the fish thing in the story mode that is actually intentional, you might ask why to do this, I thought that if a player strugles with the fish perspective from the story mode he shouldn't be stuck and not enjoy all the game!!!
If you check the fish perspective in arcade mode there you will see that trash comes in the top of the screen!!!

I thought that the player will play the story mode once since there is arcade mode, but yea I should have done a skip button!
For the pause button I don't find its use, in the story mode there is not a timer and in the arcade it's a fast game, but if I am missing something with use of the pause button you can tell me, I will be happy to hear your thoughts!!!

Well for the quick time minigame, it gets faster for each type of fish, now I know it is not so noticeable. I thought to not make the game harder if I would have put different minigame for all fish it could confuse the player so I thought that I should just make the arrow faster!
I did the minigame yk to not just be "you touched the fish you caught it", at first I thought to make it like once you catch the fish you need to bring it to the surface but then it was very time consuming so I chose to change it to the the arrow minigame

Thanks for the feedback! Actually, the fish section at the beginning is very important to the story because it sets up the whole message about pollution. It also makes the story circular: the fisherman's careless action at the end is exactly what caused the fish's blackout in the first place.
