i found a easy cheap way to add this without blender just go into substance painter add the bottom part and export and then just get the hood (yeah its cheap cheat so its not going be clean) and attach it one by one bone and delete the ones you dont need (im scared of blender)

use to work with dps 

i don't know if i read over it but you have to use blender or can you just add it? i bought the latex outfit and had got around without using blender i want this but don't know if it's a thing i have to use blender with
