I'm so sorry for your loss. As someone who has lost both their parents, I know what you are going through, and let me tell you one thing: you are going to be okay. It won't feel like it for a while, but little by little, you are going to be okay. And life will not feel the same, but it's okay, nothing's gonna stay the same.
Until then, I hope you give yourself all the time you need to grieve, to rest, and to heal. Be gentle with yourself. Your stories will wait patiently for you, and so will we.
