Thanks for the in depth reply! We just added an expanded tutorial to our page to negate a bit of the relaying on chance alone for those who want to control their fate a bit more… Though you were right in guessing that it was part of the intention to have players leave some of it to chance on their first few tries. Especially with the timer :P

Any game with ducks is a good game in my book

Cool vibes and art!

Love the concept, the visuals and the sound... Only complaint is not being able to move people through other people or obstacles was pretty frustrating at times, but could be part of the puzzle. Good job!

Such a cool take and literally everything felt spotless. 5/5 on all fronts.

That is such an original concept and such orignal implemination of the theme!

Very adorable! Has a very 90's platformer vibes... Though the level selector was harder than most levels :P

Just amazing top to bottom. I have no idea how just two people did this by themselves. Just... wow

Thanks so much for the kind comment!

And wait until you realize we had a whole 3rd act with 64 more endings that didn't make it because of a faulty build right at the end :P

Was so good it  it made me download an auto clicker for the first time cause I wasn't giving up after getting so far up XD

Great unexpected play on the over done "Count Down" pun, and great simple narrative that really gave it a charming vibe.

Like a lot around here said, at certain point it was harder to lose than to keep going, so at least a quit button would have been nice... additionally when playing not on full screen you can't see the timer, so for my first run thought I was gathering points instead of time and didn't get why I lost :P

Other than that the visuals were charming and the sound was fun to listen to. I played so much my vision started drifting after I closed it XD

Very creative and good job for a solo dev. Some indecation on what actually earns you money and what you goal was would have been nice, but I did reach the ending so I guess that means it wasn't that vague :P

I did not expect any of this... THAT WAS AWESOME. So funny and creative. Loved it.

The "You died" screen is very slow and I saw it very often, but that's probably just me :P

Very cool concept and visual style!

Very cool concept. I would die for the girl that like to dress like "Alex"

Very cozy, though I'm not sure I'm comfortable with what that man is doing to the ground XD

Got to day 8 and got tired, but the concept is cute. I really appreciate the fact that the explosion wasn't a jump scare :D

I got consumed by flesh so many times and my rats kept dying and I loved it XD

Very cool vibe! Shame the blood draining mechanic wasn't implemented and the second level had a secret ammo stash but no gun to use it. Also- screw those lightning things XD

Cool idea but the controls made it a bit hard to navigate. Loved the artstyle and soundtrack though!

That is a jam winner right there. Amazing puzzles with very satisfying solutions, great sound and just overall very fun!

Very polished and great VO work!

Thought provoking and cute at the same time. I really enjoyed the vibe!

Someone didn't listen to Simon about what curiousity did to the cat ;)
JK. Thanks for the kind words, it means a lot

Very creative and chill! Loved to experiment with different portions of spirits and see what comes out. Would have loved to have more variety but for a jam game this has been awesome with a spot-on vibe!

Very fun! Gets repetitve at some point and at some levels had most enemies and items on mountains/water with no climbing gear/slippers due to rng (I'm guessing), but other than that I found myself playing way longer than I thought I would. Good job!

Honestly didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did! Lots of games in this jam about looping around enemies but something about the mice being so quick and breaking you line constantly made it very frantic and fun. Good job!

"Daniel Mullins-style game" Is like the highest praise we could get. Thanks!

At first I thought the game froze, and then took me a few seconds of hearing "chuck woke up" before I realized what was the game about... But once I did it was funny and very polished

Wow! Great across the board! Really enjoyed learning how to played and beating the game. Wish it was somehow longer, though I'm not sure how you would go about doing that. 10/10!

Thanks so much for the kind words! Glad to hear you enjoyed it!

(1 edit)

Very cute and fun. The ending is a bit abrupt but the background music is now stuck in my head so that will probably last for a while :P

Creeped me out in the best way. I still don't really know what the numbers mean, but the vibe is immaculate

Very dumbly took hours to realize how to circle enemies but once I did... I still sucked at it! lol. Amazing visuals though and a very cool concept. Not for me but I'm sure people who are into parkour kinda games will enjoy it alot!

Very cute. Feels like a nostalgic PS2 platformer, which is impressive for a jam game!

Very cool idea and gameplay! Kinda hard to get the looping thing down correctly but feels satisfying once you do ^_^

Accidently spent my whole evening on this without noticing. Very addictive and very fun!

Very polished and well executed! Well done!

Fun and interesting! The loop was pretty slow even on fast forward but other than that the game was very enjoyable and clever!

Magical music and art design. I was enjoying them both so much I didn't notice the issue people wrote about here XD

The gameplay is also fun... Could be explained better but once you get the hang of it it makes for some very fun platforming puzzles! Would have loved a way to change the platform's loop or at the very least a reset button that didn't require going into the menu for. But otherwise very fun and cute. Wish there was more, and cudos on the sound design again!
