achievement33=1 in the genshinimpact file

Guys has anyone meet a bug where they cleared Freedom Wind with all modifers but for some reason the game didnt record that into the genshinimpact file?

challenge7hard=1 is missing which leads me unable to get the achievement ULTRA-NIGHTMARE

I have a question,the moment i tried to run the game but all of the sudden it crashes i cant find the application in the download folder no more what happened?I tried to keep searching from windows defender or mcafee its not there please someone try to explain am so lost whether did mcafe just basically kill the game and quarantined it to somewhere idk
