This game is good. But there are too many implants to choose for only two option. I think adding one or two more should be enough to equip more. Also what are the system requirements for this game. In my PC this game lags a lot.

Select the body part first, then press J , then again navigate using w/s button to wear the cloth for that body part, a/s button toggle between body part selection and cloths selection
