even better - its available at GOG - bought it right after relase ;-)

oh cool - a huge thank you for fixing it that fast

I really like the game but I stumbled across some bugs that will me make abandon it:

  1. typing `todo ` (accidenally with a space behind) breaks the game. (only reload and losing progress helps)
  2. pressing `tab`  shows some thing ("You can also play the original #7DRL version.")  below the game area and moves the top out of frame (save, reload, load is work around)
  3. the itch.io stuff in the top left covers the in game currency and head numbers (can be removed with dev tools as work around)

a stand alone version would be great.

I can not understand this. In my whole playthrough I visited coordinate towers ~4 times combined. First time then one broke to fix and the other times then I was near to fill up to maximum fuses.  When I last looked (after main story ended) they all had a few fuses left allthough two towers would require maintainance soon.

Nice Game. I reached an end allthough Iam unsure if its the only one. I opened the directors notice. Is there any other way? I have no idea if the two videos with the faces are of any relevance - I could no see any. are there tips

all in all I really like the game. A few thoughts from a new player (played .9n as first expierence) perspective:

  • "Meta Paranoia"
    • I really hate the "Meta Paranoia" unability to save/pause/quit the game - It always comes at the most unwanted situations. - please at least do a automatic backup save when an event starts, so I can quit without losing the progress  so far
    • Many times I totally do not understand, why "Meta Paranoia" kicked in and it vanished without giving any clue what was it about
    • On other times it persists for long time without any clue that to do and without possibility to pause/save
      • the kerfur-omega vanishing event for example. I had to search the net that I have to look through windows. and even then I did not got it. By pure luck I walked into the 2nd level storage room and it cleared itself because I looked at direction of the tiny window (with completely dirty glasses) behind a shelf (did not saw anything of that really happened there)
  • the hunger mechanic really sucks. Kel can not survive even a day without eating before he rolls on the floor and still refuses to eat some meals just because he had too much of it. During study we ate noodles all days ;)

  • a few times things just dissapeared
    • I holded the alien water gun in a narrow place (between the cremator and the wall) and stupidly tried to pick something up. the gun was dropped and gone

    • I was outside, my kerfuro ended its job and came to me to follow me (around tr_1). suddenly it was gone - without a trace - no radar ping, no cam feed, no sign at all. I thought it clipped through the map. I later found it deactivated at the alpha balcony

    • I lost the pickaxe - thats totaly my fault but I have no idea there it could be and and how to get a new one

    • thanks to the mailbox mechanic things can be duplicated back into game quite easily, allthough it would be great if things that where sold but turn out to be necessarry could be reorded (sold a skull) or if the tools could be reorderd once found

Ah now it works but maybe this introduces new problems: Maybe the input queue should be double the recipe size so the next stuff can arrive while processing. Or items should be removed at start of processing. I observe that many machines flicker because they wait for filling up their 1-item-queueus input after processing.

A few other observations/suggestions/bugs:

  • I would completely replace the miner by the resource miner. its illogical to me that the resource miner is hidden in power category but its required for everything
  • the economy map is really slow and laggy while everything else is fine
  • its possible to move connected elements from one board to another
  • the pts and ¥ seem quite unbalanced. I cold buy everything in the techtree at the point there I was at goal 3 or 4
  • Its really difficult to find who reqires which product. The exporter could highlight which town accepts the current received product and maybe even show the current satisfaction level
  • Then upgrading the new speed is only shown after deselecting and selecting again or after upgrading another time (then the previous speed is shown,  but not the new)
  • Do Wires/Belts have a maximum throughput? I have a level 13 smelter thats doing 8.13/s and its output is piling up connected to a L11 constructor that does 9.28/s but is waiting for input (maybe thats the initial mentioned thing)

Edit more things I observed:

  • It would be nice if it would be shown which output is blocked
  • some city names exist twice
  • the water tank shows 4000/2000
  • in the recipe selection list of the machines the amount of ingredients and outputs are not always shown correctly
  • the electrolyseur should output double the amount of hydrogen than oxigen - this also would lower the imbalance of required 3 hydrogen for the ammonia
  • The ouputchannel of the assembler is offset to the circle
  • The codex search is case sensitive

the assembler does not assemble engines. it says "waiting for input" but all inputs are present

please release the full game

of course I automated them

really nice idea. Would be great if on mouse over (ore maybe with some probing tool) the sound on a signal/wire could be made audible.

Nice Game. Bought it on GoG.

But especially the start feels very unbalanced. Fire is required everywhere and so slow to produce. and the bonfires really burn down way to fast to keep up with feeding them

Is there any end in the tutorial or does the center always generates new Tasks.  I solved some (8+) but did not got new points to unlock the last few things in tech tree.

it was not meant as an offense  - I really like it. I had strong deja vue regarding as if I played something similar mabe on C64. the digging mechanic and the relics retreival.

nice game. Is this a remake of some older game? It felt strangely familar to me
