More info: Fuses a minimalist 1-bit aesthetic with modern WebGL capabilities. Dark Keep achieves a hybrid style by rendering a high-performance 1-bit base scene, but modulating it with color channels. It is a "hybrid" because instead of using a pure, raw WebGL ECS, Three.js is utilized strictly as a visual presentation layer.

thank you! If you enjoyed this try some of my other tools: all open sourced: similar black/white style: https://github.com/webxos/webXOS/tree/main/colignum
It was a stretch for sure but I think it meets the theme - but it's more of a tool than a game for sure (but still hopefully useful!) I have a lot more 1 bit games I could have entered but they were before the competition was put out sadly: https://webxos.itch.io/nightdrive
Thank you appreciate it: Working on a fruit fly court room right now and a few other games lol, also check out the other fruit fly apps https://webxos.itch.io/drosophila-navier-strokes (similar ui, theme style): https://webxos.itch.io/fruit-fly-composer
"Functional Programming: Currying a technique in computer science (converting a multi-argument function into a sequence of single-argument functions). " This was the theme I thought it might fit sorry, it uses advanced neural networks and wasm kernel workers to multi-augment a real time scene in three js. With multi parameter buttons that alter and adjust full aspects of the scene. Thanks thought!
I agree it's really just a sampler/demoscene for a full game I will finish one day if I find the time haha. Missions/Better targeting. Missiles, just to name a few fixes. this game I made a while ago has better controls/gameplay aspects: https://webxos.itch.io/microjets
