the cap is 20, and you should have more than enough points to pass most skill checks in the game (most are just optional and only change some dialogue anyway) hopefully translate doesn鈥檛 bother this
Fr though she does have other endings, that鈥檚 just one of the bad ones (or good depending if you like her as a character) The game does tell you there鈥檚 other endings iirc. All depends on your choices
