How do I fully clear the gallery?

I think I got a few bugs where scenes unlocked ahead of time, as soon as I loaded a save, so I want to take the chance with the new update to start completely fresh but deleting the save folder or the game install didn't clear it.

Anyone has strategies to share on how to beat the game with the shortest time possible? It took me 22runs to just barely survive 2min >.<

And then 35 to finally survive 5min but that had all the upgrades possible, it feels wrong.

Getting an error when I try to download through their client, manual download seems to work fine though.
