amazing game, i loved playing it! The only thing i would change is making upgrades cost score instead of it being a threshold, and then maybe adding flying enemies to hit too just for extra variety!! It could be cool to see centipedes too in the future, where you could destroy segments of them for points like in mario!!!

YO SORRY MAN, like a lot has been happening lately (i kinda got a gf omg) and ive been really busy with other things, dont worry about the game tho it is my top gamedev priority and i plan to finish it before anything else, I just havent had the ability to work on it lately T-T
