Having a team of 4 helps

Shhhhh… there are no easter eggs in this game

C’mon, please read the theme before submitting :( I know i know that this was made for another jam and spammed but you gotta do better then that

tbf, I did not understand theme usage.

Props for writing your own music! Fits the rest of the game very well.

With all due respect, I disagree with this distasteful opinion. I think ‘L’ is more appropriate in this case.

Maybe set aside a week to polish it up and you will have a nice little game you can put in your portfolio (or brag about to your friends)

Oh hey, submitted to a million jams at once, no wonder it does not fit the theme at all.

Neat, flappy bird with a twist. Kinda bouncy, don’t know how it relates to the theme of the jam tho.

I enjoyed the concept! It get’s a little old while grinding 50k, but still, it has potential. Maybe adding more combinations would help? That way instead of playing ‘match x’ you have to reference some table.

Weirdly, tf2 assets fit quite well, but I would encourage you try drawing you own :D Given that you drew your character, I think you will manage)

Whoa, that made a difference, games seems a lot more polished all of a sudden. My only complain is that linked rings mechanic seems a little underutilized. Well done!

you can always polish up a little after the jam)

Modeling, rigging and animating a model in the span of a game jam seems hard (or it’s a skill issue on my part XD)

Rocket jumps are very satisfying!

Very clever use of theme! I would suggest adding your scores as par or similar into the game, as something to achieve.

Very polished, nice art style, everything pops!

Peak gameplay, performance (at least in web build) hurts a little towards then end. Still don’t understand what ‘Lucky’ does XD

UI is very polished, I liked that.

Currently metadata includes Unity as game engine. I doubt that.

Going PICO-8 for a game jam is very bold, I respect that. I don’t think I understood the machanics completly, I don’t see any difference between levels (maybe it’s a built in PICO8 thing forced onto you?) and I was not able to discover the fascinating lore :(

Nice little entry! I love the artstyle and throwing gears is very satisfying (mostly due to audio!)

A few notes about the gameplay: maybe capping max gear speed would be beneficial, because it is very chaotic currently. Also I got softlocked in a 2x2 space on the map.

Hey, thanks! Water is a shader, basically 2 noises stacked and moving in different directions.

And also the sound design is great!

Cute game, very pleasant vibe, I liked it a lot.

Gameplay loop is fun, but controls are clunky, some of the grown plants become uninteractable, effectively deleting the plot of space. I would suggest adding some feedback, like highlighting the plant when mousing over it, if an action is available.

Thanks! I guess we should have simplified the building system to a single mirror/splitter that can be rotated, that would remove a lot of clutter.

Great little game! Depth preconception is my only complaint, kinda hard to deduce platform location in the last level.

Also I have no idea how the hell you programmed that, i guess a bunch of Joint3Ds?

Interesting concept, extra point for the story! Waiting for a final boss chicken in a post-jam update!

FYI, the game is cheesable by placing the mouse slightly in front of Wyatt.

Very addictive, I enjoyed this a lot!

You madman, water physics in a game jam??? Awesome game!

Many thanks! Just for your info, sync is better in native builds, since there is some weirdness around Godot, web export and audio streams.

Thanks! A song was written first with 4 types of drums and then those were extracted into gameplay)

our artist cooked hard

Thanks! There is some weirdness around Godot web exports and audio timing, native builds are better.

Very noce! A cinematic masterpiece.

Art is great, controls kinda grew on me over time, now i like them. Solid game, well done!

Oh ye, the constant blabering gets to you..

Looks amazing! Feels amazing! What else would you want from a game?

Seriously, this seems very polished, good job!

This is great! Really like the silly vibes, very unique!

Hey this is very well made! Wasn’t expecting the voice acting, but it fits. I don’t know whether dashing into ramps and fly up is intended, but this make movement very fun! Also the camera work is superb, i ready enjoyed this game!

That’s basically max points from me!

Extremely well executed for 3 hours! Funniest game I’ve seen today. Also the pseudo-3d effect is very nice!

I liked it! Reminds me of a game i used to play in computer class in school. Nitpick: if you get stuck flush with a wall it can be difficult to get out, but overall very enjoyable)

A little hard to follow at first, but extremely satisfying and the presentation is top notch! Well done!
