Dear Amok good morning :) Right questions. Happy to reply. I have two fully functional prototypes (rev 2b) and a spare board for testing. Emulator was developed side by side PC - original Commodore 65. Tested on real hardware with several asm programs useful to test real customs attitude. If you want, you may search in internet about mine near 25 years activity as collector and C65 owner :) Hugs Carlo Pastore
Hi Everyone!
My name is Carlo, and you’ll find me here as Xenobiotical. I’m an Italian medical oncologist with a lifelong passion for video games, retro computing, and especially the Commodore and Amiga worlds.
Alongside my medical work, I love creating games and software, exploring ideas that bring together the spirit of classic computing and the possibilities of modern game development. I’m new to sharing my projects on itch.io, and I’d like to introduce myself and give you a glimpse of what I’ve been working on.
AGAMOR: Curse Beneath Giza
https://xenobiotical.itch.io/agamor-curse-beneath-giza
A 2D dark-fantasy action platformer set in an ancient Egypt haunted by forgotten guardians, cursed tombs, and forces buried beneath the sands. The adventure takes players from Giza into an increasingly sinister underworld, combining platforming, combat, traps, boss encounters, and cinematic story sequences.

BASIC 10/64 PLUS
Something quite different for fellow retro-computing enthusiasts: a BASIC extension for the Commodore 64, inspired by the capabilities of BASIC 10. It expands the programming environment with commands for graphics, sprites, and sound, accompanied by documentation and examples. This one is a programming tool rather than a game—a project for people who still enjoy making a C64 do new things!

I’d really appreciate hearing what catches your interest, what could be improved, and how these projects feel to fellow players and retro enthusiasts. For AGAMOR, feedback on the atmosphere, controls, and difficulty would be particularly welcome; for BASIC 10/64 PLUS, I’d love to hear what you would build with it.
I’m also looking forward to discovering your projects and exchanging ideas with other creators.
Thanks for reading, and it’s a pleasure to join the community!
