So to answer your question - I'm not 100% sure on my approach yet either. The game is in such an early stage, and I'm really just focussing on bringing my vision to life . I do know that all support from subscribers is very appreciated and helpful - making a game is not free, as I'm sure you already know, and I want a real way to reward those who support. I will definitely be providing paid subscribers with early access to the builds, before the general public. Right now, they are all free and released at the same time, because It doesn't sit right with me to lock content behind a paywall when the actual game content is so minimal. But once there is enough serious content, I will be implementing the early access system. Subscribers also have some voting power on what characters to work on next etc. As for the final release of the game.. I'm not sure. Likely a free release eventually - but I'm going to try to get it on steam as well.
Once the patreon page is live, I'll be setting up a discord server that will give subscribers access to vote on new characters and features :) Right now I'm working on quite a few of the technical things first. New update soon!
Thank you for this comment! I'm really enjoying the process of developing it. A "technical" update will be released soon with an inventory, money system, cellphone, character bios, overworld map, etc. Most of this is already complete, so expect something by the end of this weekend. Isometric pixel art has been a passion of mine since a young age, and I've always wanted to create a point-and-click. The porn aspect is actually second to that for me. Thanks for supporting!
