Really unique concept! The ASCII visuals and terminal-based gameplay work perfectly together, and trying to type commands while being chased creates a surprising amount of tension. Great job!

What an interesting experience is this!!!

Loves me!

I got stuck at 12, but nailed 67 :p

The survivor-like formula fit the theme perfectly. The bar filling up with a single swing right before time ran out was very satisfying. I would have liked to see my score, but I still had fun. With more development time, this could become a full game.

5 stars for creativity and enjoyment!

The checkpoints were a little unforgiving, but this was genuinely a great game. I couldn’t keep going when I had only one lever left, as the game had become quite difficult for me. Still, I really liked how the areas I could initially explore freely gradually turned into places I had to struggle through as the game progressed. I hope this game gets more ratings.

A very original idea, and it was executed really well. I can definitely see this becoming a full game.

I completely agree about the explosions. I ran out of time to properly balance the sound effects, but I’m glad you still enjoyed the game. Thanks a lot for playing!

I really liked the core idea, and the game has a nice old-school feel. The constant tapping keeps the pace engaging, but restarting from the very beginning after failing felt a little too punishing.

Overall, the gameplay is simple and easy to understand.

It took me quite a while to understand how the game worked. The first level could have been a little simpler for an idiot like me ahahahha. Once I understood the logic, I really enjoyed it. This definitely has the potential to become a full game.

I didn’t struggle this much even while playing Elden Ring. The game is definitely very challenging, but I still had a lot of fun playing it. I must have died around 20 times.

The music was absolutely fantastic.

A kill counter on the HUD would be a nice addition.

I think the concept fits the theme very well.

Sometimes I died in a single hit even at full HP. I’m not sure whether that was intentional, but I wanted to mention it.

That’s really nice to hear, thank you!

Thank you so much for the kind comment!

Thank you! I agree, more impact effects could make it even better.

Thanks for the feedback! Those are really good suggestions.

Thank you! I’m really glad you enjoyed the game.

Thanks a lot! I agree about the audio, some sounds ended up harsher than I intended. I’m glad the slicing mechanic still felt satisfying!

Thank you so much. Good luck with your submission too!

It was an interesting experience

The levels are cleverly designed. Very cool.

The game is a little complicated, but I loved how you can make combos once you understand how it works.

I gave level 4 everything I had and still couldn’t beat it. I’m down to my last brain cell writing this. Jokes aside, this is an amazing game. The concept is super charming, and the Banjo detail was such a nice touch.

I didn’t expect to like it this much. You’ve really done an amazing job. You know that strange feeling you get after finishing a good series? That’s how I felt when the game ended. Maybe I’m exaggerating a little, but you truly deserve the praise. 19/20 stars, especially considering it’s a game jam entry.

The puzzles were clever. I also liked the concept. Hope you can show it to more people!

Thank you for your good feedback!

Thanks! I love Braid, so that’s a huge compliment. Glad you enjoyed the game. Fun fact: that Easter Egg was originally going to be an enemy, but when the idea changed I had to scrap it. Still, I couldn’t resist keeping it in.

A little tough, but a very creative concept.

This is a solid game, for real!

Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for the nice comment! I ran out of time during the jam due to my job, so I had to keep it short.

The whole vibe is chaotic in the best way. The art, the pace, it all clicks. Nicely done!

It nicely captures the theme. And loved the art style

This one could totally be a full game. I really enjoyed it!

Oh my! This is the best game I've played in this jam so far. Such an atmosphere!

Truly a creative idea! It's refreshing to see such originality in a jam setting.

Tension 10/10 Didn't expect that to be honest

The concept is really great. I didn't even realize ten minutes had passed ahahahah
