itch.io

I actually built a new engine this summer and it's what all future episodes of this game will run in. Currently it's being tested and updated on my patreon.

There's a new release on patreon from January, but I've been focusing on other projects! Might make it public sometime soon.

That's very kind of you! Thanks for playing!

Thank you <3

Thanks for playing!

Glad you had a good time!

Scene select can help!I didn't realize people would replay it so much!

Yeah we fixed one bug and another popped up. Hopefully there's no issues now!

Sorry it doesn't run on mobile! When I drop the browser release I'll see if I can add some compatibility.

I appreciate that you gave it a try! This project isn't really on my radar anymore but I am always making new things.

It's not unusual for unity games to throw a security threat. That's out of my control so if that's a concern then feel free to skip this one!

Hmh. It should reroute you back to the main title screen. I'll poke around to see what's messing up.

You definitely may!

My pleasure!

Lol well I'm glad the visuals didn't break! That means the failsafe I put in kinda worked. Hope it was fun experience!

You usually can't run a webgl app on mobile natively, it's blocked. This is because they try to vet any software that runs on your phone through an app store, which has strict financing and content moderation.

Hmh. I'll think of some more possible fixes. Unity unfortunately can't read a phone's aspect ratio from a webm running in a browser, so I need to come up with a unique solution.

I didn't think anyone would play the game so long, I didn't expect anyone to overflow the variable!
Thanks for playing!

I'm glad you had some fun with it!!

I had no idea people would play for so long!

Thanks for playing!

It reduces overall belly sizes and should prevent the largest gut size from showing! It was mostly a failsafe if the gut interaction area overlapped any of the other buttons. Didn't end up being much of an issue in the final release!

Look under the download section, you should see DergieClicker.Win1.1.zip

It may be an error on my end but it looks like it could also be your browser settings. Perhaps try the windows exe?

Glad you had fun!

Thank you!

The windows application fails, or the browser? Or both?

You're running the webm version?

Tbh I didn't expect this game to even run on phones! I'm sure I can find a fix.

Lol! Wow you pushed poor dergie to his limits haha. I thought I put enough failsafes in but it looks like getting a negative overflow on your FoodEaten int causes issues.
Thanks for finding this!

Thanks for playing!

Glad you had fun!

I'm honestly shocked about that. Maybe I'll make a secret mobile port button

I hope you had some fun! Thanks for all the feedback. I definitely agree about the minimap, it's the thing I shouldn't have cut production on. Lesson learned!

Thank you!

Thanks for playing!!

The theme of this game jam was to use no more than 2 buttons for gameplay, which was tricky to work around with the kind of game I wanted to make! Hopefully even losing is somewhat rewarding now and then.

I wanted to reward exploration! That's the only other hint I can give haha

I was really sad to hear a few people got that bug. The bosses had a lot of cut content, her in particular. Hopefully the game was still generally pretty fun!
