Can Lace change her option about army status, when global army level and units personal levels will be high enought. I have army level 10 equipment level 8 and all units with horses, veapons and armors at blue and their personal levels at 10 with boughted all skills.

she will tell you, that your army is in horrible state and soldiers are too lax. And If you have army at maximum possible level she tell the same as before, if you ask her.

Her statement is based on what she knows about your army and how it used to be. She is not aware of the improvements that you make, so her statement won't change.

In good path i supose, she have access to informations, or there will not be for bad, if she will change her opinion, or somehow join Central army.
