I'm just wondering to see if anybody know, so the offspring's breast size gets bigger when they're pregnant but how does it get bigger than that, I've seen an offspring's breast size get bigger after getting pregnant but does it happen over time or by the offspring getting fucked more?

There are 3 stages for each offspring, and the variations are different.
Some will get bigger, some will not.
