I was wondering when the DLC about the clones come up, how would I download it if I got this game from here and bought it at the full price, not on Steam? Like, it showed 2 years ago I purchased the game at the total price, not the demo, and when I saw there would be DLC, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the DLC.

The ~$32 price is for the base game; that doesn't include the DLC, it will have to be purchased separately. There is also no release date right now, they're still working on it.
