Anything that removes the [Redacted] goes against Patreon TOS and isn't sanctioned by the dev, but if you google around for it you should be able to find something.

I'm beginning to wonder if the [Redacted] is censorship or actually just how the script is written. It really harms the immersion of the story though

Well the script is written as [REDACTED] because it's funny. But if you want to change it it really isn't difficult, google finds it pretty quick.

It's actually not how the script is written, the script uses a variable called gloria_title and by default it's set to [REDACTED], but you can go into the 0variables.rpy to change it to whatever you want.

Original and easy to understand, it blows the "landlady/rommate" stuff out of the water.
