I must've missed something but i thought i'd ask anyway. At the moment i have hundreds of magic stones that are not getting turned into money when i leave the dungeon. As far as i know i need to turn these in at the guild but there's no option to go to the guild as far as i can see.

Can i go to the guild to trade my stuff for money or does it happen automatically in another way?

Apparently it unlocks around the 9th floor, literal minutes after i posted this. Got nearly 400k from trading the stones.

You can go to the Guild and trade in your items. Main quests will "teleport" you out of the Dungeon as you progress, so you either need to manually go to the Guild and trade in your items or enter/leave the Dungeon to trigger the screen that will sell the items automatically.
