Is there no Blessed Lightning Jam Coating+?

I learned Blessing Item II but there is no Lightning Jam Coating+ in the list.

I completed the mission "Going to the swamp"

The system shows that the poison coating has been upgraded to  poison coating+,but this is false.

The shop still has poison coating instead of poison coating+.

If you could upload a save we can take a look if there's a bug or maybe something else.

The second problem is that my version is too old.

NG+ changed to version 1.0.4 and it will work fine
