Is it currently possible to use the Sublime Text 3 Editor with the the Dragon Ruby Toolkit?

As long as it can save text files, there's no reason you can't use it.  :)

Hotloading of changes to your Ruby programs only looks for changes to the file timestamps, so it doesn't care what editor you use to work on that code.
