I've noticed a bug with how I'll take my clothes off, yet once I'm being eaten or cursed, I'll suddenly have them on again. Hope this might get fixed but I could see why it might not.

they dont have animations for being unclothed while any kind of game over happens its not a bug

its intentional. cloths are sort of a transient thing. the game sort of expects you to be clothed, but being able to take your cloths off is also going to be a way of some scene to be activated. them being a little inconsistent is intended.
