I'm trying to create a new state for a minor test mod, however the States Editor won't recognise that the state I removed the provinces from doesn't own them anymore. Additionally, I'm unable to remove victory points from said states, and the only method of scrolling through listed states is to use the scroll wheel or search, with no functional sidebar that can be dragged by mouse.

Sorry to hear this, I am still trying to make things functionable for Linux before adding complete modifications
The states will soon expect a update for stuff like victory points, deleting original states, etc
