It is the second-to-last scene for the photobooth. You must progress with all characters. Eventually, some time later, Emily gets mad at you, and after you reconcile, there is a scene. There is another scene where, after some time, after Emily is done being mad at you, you can go into the photobooth and choose to invite Emily and Olivia in. The latter option being more inclined to more so of a real one. It takes a bit to get there, probably around close to 150-200 days after this recent update regarding quicker mission and delivery time.
