Okay, I wasn't expecting this, but there's a lot of content here. This is a pretty solid RTS. I haven't really dug that deep into it yet (I played through 3 campaigns) but it genuinely looks really good. Nice work!

I saw that AI was used to help with several aspects of the development. I'm curious how much of the project was AI-generated, particularly when it comes to things like the code and graphics?

Thanks, really glad you enjoyed it

Almost all of it. AI coding agents (Claude and Codex) write the code, the sprites are AI-generated, and the sound and voices come from ElevenLabs.

My part is the game itself: what goes in and what gets cut, the races and how they differ, balance, and a lot of iteration rounds in terms of the game feel - how it looks and functions - from the high level. So basically directing the game.

TBH I still lowkey feel it's still programming as the architecture set up to create and polish the game is quite rich, but yeah no longer coding by hand.

Also, balance testing is AI too: bots play thousands of matches against each other and I tune from the results - to make sure different races are balanced between each other as much as possible. (one race still has a small edge now - but closing that gap daily)

It looks like you've built a comprehensive system around the development process. The end result feels cohesive and polished. I particularly like the approach you've taken to balancing the game.
