How does the game fit the theme?
It does fit the theme, you have to TRUST me, or just play to find out.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
all the textures are from Kenny, along with some 3d models.

I got the Liberated ending. Wish the clock would be shorter or run out faster, waiting was a bit long. Was surprised by a voiceover!
Oh, glad you got the liberated ending, it's my favorite and in someway the WIN ending as there is an internal hidden score which triggers the endings, Liberated is the highest score ending, good job on that β¨
Hope the voiceover surprised you in a good way π , I had to shorten the intro sequence due the lack of time it sure was not ultimately intended to jump in voice first π.
Thanks for playing the game β¨
I love this game! Kinda reminds me of "Grey box testing" by Sam Hogan. I got the Paralyzed (AFK) ending
I need to check "Grey box testing", I remember seeing some game on YouTube shorts about a game with a narrator that keep telling the player what to do maybe this is the same game, idk.
So glad you liked my game β¨
What a spiritual game, I ended up with the complicit ending . I still don't trust him.
You know I had a very similar idea to this at the start but I'm glad I went a different direction because it would not have been as good as what you came up with.
I am sure yours would be as good even better thanks for your comment though it made me happy π
Cool game! But gotta be honest - after some time I got a little bored and just listening to the voice and pressing buttons after 10min of gameplay didnt seem that fun to me haha. I enjoyed the concept tho. Good job!
I am glad you gave it a try any ways, I know it lacked on some parts but it definitely needed more work, unfortunately I had only one and half days to work on it π
I really enjoyed this one! Such a simple one with a couple buttons but yet it kept me hooked! Love the concept.
I am glad you have enjoyed it, I wanted to lock myself in very simple interaction mechanic to focus more on the narrative as a change π
Honestly pretty nice, got told to press buttons at the beginning, decided not to trust it and just watched the timer go down. Lmao
That's is cool! That was definitely the fun of the game you get to follow your own guts and decide what to do β¨π
i got the complicit ending! cool idea. fully voice acting it is a super nice touch nice job :)
This my first time doin a narrative heavy game, and got bored listening to my voice towards the end too ππ
Apparently I'm a very complicit person, learning new things about myself this game jam. Great atmosphere and vibe! I wonder if the room should've been dark and the faint lighting of the buttons, cameras, etc. would give it an even more sinister undertone? Just a thought, maybe this is perfect!
woah, great mood! I don't know if it was intended, but after I got sent back to the start once, I chose a different option than my first run: Then every new room it would repeat the same dialogue, something about choosing the same answers than before, over and over.
Still, I'm really glad I stumbled into it! Great work!
the voice acting is so well done lmao i realy like it, but the way u interpreted the theme leave a bit to be desired, i get the idea but the way you executed it is a bit lacking u had so much potential, either way u did a good job!
Oh, I really didn't think I did good with my voice acting, I am really glad you liked it, it was my first time doing something like this,
