It's fun and  has a good presentation. The swordsman has a nice attack animation, but it  does not reveal the attack range. It's actually a good point though, I think this adds  some challenge to the game and force the player to guess and get a feel to when it's time to attack.

The dificult seems a bit random though. My best was about 290 seconds on my sixth round but it's because the zombies that spawned were in general slower than on the other rounds.

Anyway, good job on this!

I’m a sucker for stickman art! Simple, good-old fun! Props!

Simple yet creative game! Good work!

Nice game! It took me 2 rounds to get use to when I should hit the enemy so it's in range, but once I got the feeling it got easier. It would be fun to have a counter for how many enemies you killed. Either on screen or on the game over screen. Congrats!

Oh that was cool - I felt like I was Guts from Beserk. Nice concept, and great execution for such a short timespan

This game somehow reminds me of the old Game & Watch games. It's simple and fun to play. I would love to see a few different enemy types, for example enemies that require two or more hits to defeat. Great game!

Personally, I think your game would win this Game Jam.

This was fun! Sometimes the enemies did seem to kind of linger on the screen too long after they died, which only looked a bit odd when there was another one right behind it.

Thank you!

Nice job.  Would have liked to know how many enemies I defeated.  A few graphical glitches 1) enemy head is transparent. 2) interlacing issue when enemy dies.  3) not sure if the graphics are sticking to a 1x1 grid e.g. player and enemy movement / mixels.  Fine job nonetheless.  Thank you for the game.

Developer

Thank you for playing!

1.) The enemy sprite has an outline.

2.) I set the enemy dies after the particles effect finished emitting.

3.) I enabled 2D snap to pixel but I'm not sure if it was set correctly.
