Cool perspective from the stance of being non-militarized and survivalist and then shifting to "I'm burning you all."

Oooh, this is the 1st First Person POV I've read in the jam so far. In that way, it gets to be a lot more emotional and internal, a bit rough here and there, but I think it works for the POV. Overall, pretty nice work!

I really like that they had to sacrifice something they shouldn't have to fight for.

to me, there is a lot of hurt driving this. the story treats vengeance less like a cool heroic vow and more like something grief refuses to let go of. rough around the edges, but sincere and full of feeling. great work.
