Really like this submission a lot. The trick for The Hogsheads actually made me laugh out loud.
The art in this game is top notch. Super raw and stylized. Fits very nicely.
Thanks!
Lovely art and so much of it! Especially the cover. Lots of options and customizability in this module.
Thanks for the kind words! Yeah, I would say I lean towards allowing a lot of the interpretation to happen at the table. Rather than tell the Guide or players what is happening or how, I tend to favor creating a complicated situation to develop at the table.
Gorgeous design, excellent content and writing, great looking and useful layout. Theme doesn't seem to be present at all. This seems like it would be fun to run!
Thanks for the kind words! I guess the Lightbringers were my take on the theme here. A bit more implied than anything.
Great art and overall look on this one!
I really like the encounters section with the different actions and vibe you might encounter. The way you’ve written it definitely sparks some interesting ideas and leaves a lot of room for the GM to answer some questions that I was left with once I had read it. Like are the missing kids these hogshead? Who is Eda? What’s up with Honus and Horus and are they doing anything to help whatever’s going on in the area? — it plants ideas and starting points for the GM and the table to run with.
I’m seeing this cool flow between all the different sections. I feel like if I were to run it I’d sit down with it and kind of sketch out some ideas of how these different pieces could become together to fill in the gaps.
One more comment. For Honus and Horus. I think you may have forgotten to put a weapon? As written and how the art and description depicts them I’d just assume they are completely savage and just attack you unarmed for 40+ a bit— which is crazy and cool as hell too if that’s what you implied by not putting a weapon.
Thanks for the kind words!
Aesthetically wonderful, it fits right in with the official TKG module. I really appreciate friendly/hostile encounters as it’s a great way to mix in some spooky RP.
Thanks! Yeah, I think part of the fun is variability at the table
This one will be fighting for the top 3 spots in Art & Layout. Makes really effective use of all the small pieces and I'm simply envious of the effective use of such sparing text. Imminently gameable.
I'm jealous, frankly. Well done.
Thanks so much! Art and layout is all Tony Tran!
