How does the game fit the theme?
Even thoughall mice look the same, clicking on the strange yet similar looking mice causes random effects to take place on the screen. Even though it seems as though nothing can go wrong, there's always a chance it will.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Really well done for your first game jam! I'm impressed with how many different effects you managed to cram in and I want to keep playing just to see more! Some people have already mentioned but it seems there is a mismatch between the expected screen size and the window size assigned in itch! Make sure to line up the resolution you set in the project settings in godot with the play window size you set in the itch settings for your project, then there should be a fullscreen button included as well!

A nice intense little game! I think the game may have some scaling issues though since i could see some cut off text at the top, you can try adding a fullscreen button to fix this next time :D Anyways good job on the game!

Like the music and the main mechanic is fun! Maybe more player feedback (count of how many mice you've caught/maybe a goal amount) would be nice, but for a first game jam this is a really good effort :)

I think adding a fullscreen option's all you need really, game's pretty fun otherwise :D
