I admit I didn't have time to finish this one, I encountered a bug in the web build where the final heist was inaccessible. I had a similar issue in my downloaded version though so I can't criticize too harshly. I watched a couple other videos of people playing the final heist and it seemed fun!
First of all I like that the level selection is clicking on heist plans in the Fox's den, a nice immersive menu imo.
The game feels very cozy, and the level design and simple stealth mechanics are neat!
Having to collect eggs as both a health item and optional health upgrade was a good way to encourage exploration. I might actually snag that idea for a future game lol.
The minigame for capturing chickens is simple, but to be honest for such a small, short game it works well. I like the UI for the quicktime event, not too flashy but has some variance to shake things up each time.
Great work!
Cute cozy little chicken liberation game! It played very nicely and was just about the right size for the content.
It could have been cool if the regular tile to tile movement was normally low/sneaky, but when you press forward onto a tile with a chicken you do one of those fox hunting jumps / pouncing on the chicken.
It was a bit confusing those times that I didn’t immediately enter battle and or win on first try, because we were sharing tile even walking around on the same tile, I think. So perhaps we really should have stayed in battle until we win or die?
I liked difficulty, but if the game had been longer I would have liked some more tension, I think. Letting the farmers walking around or introducing a new enemy, e.g. a guard dog, that does so.
All in all though, a very neat little game and really enjoyed playing

Nice fun little game, the theme has been done very well here. The art style and sounds were good and worked well for the game. The tutorial was helpful for starting too.
Main problem with game it was too easy , think it be more fun if had more threat and tension to the game and other problem just felt very slow movement.
Good fun game you made so nice work with it.
Hey, nice little game you’ve built there!
I like how you’ve implemented the heist theme, it felt nice, you definitely feel like you’re a sneaky foxy about to snatch all the tasty chickens :D
Movement was a bit too slow, especially the rotation, but it added a bit of tension. Minigame felt pretty easy, probably too easy, so I feel like there was almost no challenge. Probably adding a more powerful chickens with 2-3 bars you need to hit would have helped!
Other than that it felt nice, tutorial was helpful, though I thought that you can use it as a level and don’t even call it a tutorial :)
Here’s my play-through:
Nice and simple, liked the queue movement. Web performance suffered a bit, also there was something weird with the fonts.
A solid entry! I enjoyed the stealth aspect of the game and it was the perfect length for the mechanics in the game. I did run into a slight bug in the web build in which the game was hard locked. However, I was able to download the game and it ran fine.

Glad you enjoyed the game!
I will check on the bug to see what might have happend!
Also very nice tip of the full screen for the web entries, i will try to implement it in my proyects!
Really fun game! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the games from the Dungeon Crawler Jam.
All the chickens are mine.
The farmers could probably be slightly more of a threat one way or another but overall the game is very well executed. It looks good and consistent, movement feels good, catching is fun and it's possible to miss some eggs if you don't pay enough attention.
Nice quick combat! I am a fan of that
They are all mine! hahahah
Nice graphics, a bit slow movement. Combat/interaction was a bit easy.
I liked that it was a short quick game. The tutorial wasnt really needed, but a nice touch!
Overall a nice experience.
I liked the cozy low poly graphics a lot on this one they were really charming and the ambient bug noises were actually really great for the night time chicken heist. I even said, if I step outside, it'll sound just like that! The gameplay is pretty basic, but I liked how you had several levels starting out with a tutorial and got increasingly complex as you went on.
I think some more complex mechanics could benefit this sneaky crawler, maybe farmers that chase you or move around or switching up the capture mechanics with other puzzle/time based type games could break up a bit of the monotony.
Overall I enjoyed it and played through to the end!
I recorded it as well starting around the 1hr30m mark
Thank you for your suggestions! I will take note!
And nice gameplay!
Really nice game that made good use of the Heist theme + chicken restriction. It's also kind of a genre fusion of dungeon crawler and stealth game which is cool to see. Great work!
Fun concept.
Only real niggle was one time the chicken capture bar was a bit quick for how long it took the HUD to show up. Maybe the movement was a bit slow, but I guess you don't want the player to outpace the guards, and it does get you into a more careful mindset.
I can see all kinds of wrinkles in a bigger game, like some chickens having more elaborate capture mini-games, or more complex routines for the guards.

Thank you for the comment! i will try to improve the gameplay post Jam to make it more enjoyable
Also, I really apreciate than you took the time to make a playthrough!
Really love the art and concept! You definitely managed to make the stealth element work, though I would have preferred faster movement and not sure if the strafing is necessary if you make turning faster. Like the other commenter, I appreciate that you kept the mechanics simple. Well done!
Thank you for your kind words, taking note on the movement!
I like the idea a lot, but the movement felt quite sluggish to me!
The “Combat system” was a really nice idea too, given that I think a lot of the games in this jam have systems which are complex but not very fun.
Unfortunately, the main-menu bugged out for me as well, which meant that I couldn’t progress onto the next level. And refreshing the page erased my progress!
Thank you for your comment!
i will check on those errors and take note to improve the game! :D
