I don't know if this was intentional, but I got negative money. Woohoo! I won, too.
Though the lack of a tutorial really hits hard. First couple rounds I was unsure of what to do, so I tried adding all the serial numbers. Then that didn't work and the enemy won, so I tried just doing above 200-400 every time.
