great sandbox game. wished the game was less dark but I guess it was intentional because you're meant to bring the light. the gameplay was basic and honestly kind of boring but it was nice to see the snow going away and being replaced with plants, at first I thought I was shooting nukes because the land was just soil after I click, realized quickly it was just sunlight. and the title, is very suspicious. good job at the game, had a decent time

I like the light beam, feels like I’m casting a spell hehe. Nice particle and halo effect when the player click the beam. The transitions as each tile updates with plant growth is very nice too. It’s giving game of life but more visually appealing vibes. Past a certain point it looked like the plants were just toggling rather than growing bigger, not sure if I missed anymore of the game. I like the sound design of the running water and bird chip, maybe a sound effect for the player action would have been nice too. Overall very interesting concept and well executed! Great job!
Thank you for feedback! I am glad you like it.
Yea there is a limit for plants, past fully grown point they live a bit and then disappear leaving the empty space for new plants. There is an odd sound effect for when the player cast the light, it is kind of an actual sound of the Sun provided by NASA for global use (that what i got when googled "sound of the Sun"), it is in low frequency and probably could be covered by other game sounds, making it almost impossible to hear.
its very satisfying to watch how the land scape changes and the sound makes it all the better.
