Really cute art and fun concept ✨🐠🐡
As others mentioned it, it was quite buggy so we hope that you will update it after the jam’s end

Otherwise well done 🌈🎣

Nice art and cool idea, but as others already mentioned, it was a bit buggy

I was getting my hopes up for this game because the art looks so good. unfortunately, the whole thing is a buggy mess. they're points where you can't even damage fish and points where each click gives you a fish allowing you to quickly stack up. and when you're at 40 gems and try to sell a fish, it just sets you back at 0 so it's basically a loop from 0 to 40.  because of this you can't even progress through the game cause you need 50 gems to enter the new area. still the concept is a great idea, it's just this game is unplayable with these bugs. maybe a post jam version can fix this game because it feels unfair to rate a game like this

Developer

Thanks for your detailed feedback! Sorry about the bugs, our coder is hoping to work on fixing bugs post jam. The reason it loops back to 0 after 40 now is cause the 50 gem deduction is currently automatic to increase the depth you can dive to, but we’re missing a bit of feedback there (and I think the depth increase might be a bit buggy at the moment too sorry). Glad you like the art though!

it is not a problem. I think areas automatically increasing shouldn't be automated because it'll reduce player feedback (not to be confused with feedback from players), players should know what's happening on the game so by showing them their 50 gems are gone and the area increasing infront of them, it'll definitely be less confusing than if it would be automatic

would love to play the post jam version. don't forget to do playtesting :3

A cute little game

However, I couldn't go back to catch more fishes after returning from the market :(
Still, great work! It would be nice to know what the customers are asking for while you're fishing. And maybe something to know fishes names.

Nice art style. As mentioned before there are bugs in diving part: after i catch 3 fish and all next attempts to beat a fish didn't progress at all

Very cute art style and fun gameplay premise but the diving gameplay seemed quite buggy so it was hard to progress.
